    Rodent Control in Raleigh, NC

Rat and mouse trapping, exclusion, and monitoring for Raleigh homes and commercial buildings.

Professional Rodent Control in the Triangle

Roof rats, Norway rats, and house mice are year round residents of the Triangle, and they get worse every fall as temperatures drop. Baiting alone never solves a rodent problem in a structure because it does nothing about the gaps the animals are using.

Our rodent work is built around exclusion. We find the entry points, which are usually plumbing and HVAC penetrations, garage door corners, crawl space vents, and gaps behind siding, and we seal them with materials rodents cannot chew.

For commercial clients we add scheduled monitoring and documentation, which is the same service model we have provided to institutional accounts across Wake County for decades.

    Signs You Need Rodent Control

    • Droppings along baseboards, in cabinets, in the pantry, or in the garage
    • Scratching or scurrying inside walls and above ceilings at night
    • Gnaw marks on food packaging, wiring, or wood trim
    • Greasy rub marks along walls, pipes, and joists
    • A persistent musky odor, or nesting material in stored boxes

    Rodent Control FAQs

    Do you use poison?

We do not rely on poison in structures. Poisoned rodents die in wall voids and create an odor and secondary pest problem. Trapping plus exclusion is the durable fix.

How small a gap can a mouse use?

A mouse can pass through roughly a quarter inch opening and a rat through a half inch. That is why sealing has to be thorough rather than selective.

How long until the noise stops?

Most homes are quiet within two to four weeks of the first service, depending on population size.

Do you service restaurants and commercial buildings?

Yes. We hold Pest Control License #1778PW and have served institutional and government accounts in the Triangle for over three decades.
